André Luiz Pimentel dos Santos
Chairman and Independent Board Member
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from PUC/RJ and a Master's degree in Production Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ. With more than 35 years of experience in Business Structuring and Restructuring, he began his career as Industrial Superintendent at Cia Federal de Fundição (1990/1991) and as Operations and Strategy Manager in the startup of the first cable TV operation in Brazil - Net Rio (1992/1994). In 1995, due to demands arising from privatization projects at the time, he joined the Corporate Finance area at the international consulting firm Coopers & Lybrand, later PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he worked until 2001, having led the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industries consulting vertical in Latin America for 5 years.
Between 2002 and 2012, he was a partner at Galeazzi & Associados, where he led relevant restructuring projects, including Intermédica Saúde (2002/2003 and 2006/2007), Sendas Distribuidora (2007/2009), Grupo Pão de Açúcar (2008), Globex (2009/2010), Grupo Exito (Colombia, 2010/2011). In 2012, he became a partner at Performa Partners, where he has led major restructuring projects in companies from various sectors such as Retail, Agribusiness, Industry, and Services, often in partnership with Private Equity funds and other investors.
Among his main projects are restructuring processes at Via Varejo (2012), Nova Pontocom (2012/2015), Lojas Centauro / GP Investimentos (2014), Levorin Pneus (2015/2016), Ri Happy - PBKids / Carlyle (2016), Le Postiche (2017), Security Segurança & Serviços (2017), Walmart / Advent International (2018), Aegea Saneamento (2019), Roldão Atacadista (2021), Zamboni Distribuidora (2022/2024), and Grupo Raça Agro (2024/2025).

Luiz Claudio Alves

Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a professional career developed in holding companies with investments in different sectors of the economy, notably: Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Webb Negócios, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Shoptime, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Multicanal Telecomunicações, and Executive Vice President of Companhia de Mineração do Amapá.
Mr. Alves began his career at Companhia Bandeirantes de Seguros Gerais (Sul América), going through Banco BBM, Macal Investimentos e Participações, Telemar, CMP Mineração, Mineração Novo Astro, Cetus Investimentos, Centro Pediátrico da Lagoa; as well as, having started and developed several startups over the last 30 years, such as: Multicanal (largest cable TV operator in Brazil), Mcom (trunking and paging operations, in partnership with the Carso Group - Carlos Slim and Concast), Shoptime (e-commerce), Cervejaria Itaipava, Webb Negócios (technology).
Mr. Alves also participated in the structuring of public offerings of debt and equities in Brazilian and American markets. Mr. Alves has a strategic vision of the Planning and Controllership areas as effective parts of performance generation, resulting from more than 30 years of experience.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EPGE/FGV).
With more than 14 years of experience in Finance, Mr. Barbeito has been a founding Partner of Rio Grande Investimentos since 2014; founding Partner and CFO of AutoBrasil Participações, the largest used car retailer in Brazil; Managing Partner overseeing Business Development at Gulf Capital Partners; and Head of Mergers and Risks at Los Grobo Agribusiness, then a Vinci Partners portfolio company.

Mr. Neto is the founder of Treze Capital, a financial advisory and investment consulting firm. Former CFO and Executive Vice President of Los Grobo Ceagro Brasil, formerly a Vinci Partners portfolio company, now Agrex by Mitsubishi. Former corporate banker at Votorantim, Brascan, and Prosper banks.
Participated in several Boards of Directors over the past 15 years, including: Asgaard Bourbon Navegação, Sinagro Produtos Agropecuários, Los Grobo Agropecuária, Los Grobo Ceagro, Synagro Comercial Agrícola, Agronegócios del Plata, and Península Norte Fertilizantes.
