Confidentiality and Anonymity

We recognize the sensitivity of reports and the need to protect whistleblowers.
The channel is managed by an external company, ensuring absolute confidentiality. If preferred, whistleblowers can remain anonymous, allowing them to feel comfortable reporting concerns without fear of retaliation.
