Luiz Claudio Alves Chairman
Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a professional career developed in holding companies with investments in different sectors of the economy, notably: Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Webb Negócios, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Shoptime, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Multicanal Telecomunicações, and Executive Vice President of Companhia de Mineração do Amapá.

Mr. Alves began his career at Companhia Bandeirantes de Seguros Gerais (Sul América), going through Banco BBM, Macal Investimentos e Participações, Telemar, CMP Mineração, Mineração Novo Astro, Cetus Investimentos, Centro Pediátrico da Lagoa; as well as, having started and developed several startups over the last 30 years, such as: Multicanal (largest cable TV operator in Brazil), Mcom (trunking and paging operations, in partnership with the Carso Group - Carlos Slim and Concast), Shoptime (e-commerce), Cervejaria Itaipava, Webb Negócios (technology).

Mr. Alves also participated in the structuring of public offerings of debt and equities in Brazilian and American markets. Mr. Alves has a strategic vision of the Planning and Controllership areas as effective parts of performance generation, resulting from more than 30 years of experience.
Gustavo Barbeito Vice Chairman
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EPGE/FGV).

With more than 14 years of experience in Finance, Mr. Barbeito has been a founding Partner of Rio Grande Investimentos since 2014; founding Partner and CFO of AutoBrasil Participações (the largest used car retailer in Brazil); Managing Partner overseeing Business Development at Gulf Capital Partners; and Head of Mergers and Risks at Los Grobo Agribusiness (then a Vinci Partners portfolio company).
Otávio Paiva Board Member
Solid background in corporate financial structuring, business strategies, and implementation of projects in highway and electric concession companies (more than 40 years of experience).

Board Member of Performance Empreendimentos Imobiliários since 2009, founding partner and Board Member of Inovadora 2A Tecnologia S.A (WAPPA) since 2004.

Worked for over 20 years at Odebrecht Organization in roles such as CFO of Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, Odebrecht Química, and CBPO; having become a member of several companies affiliated to the Odebrecht Group.

In the Brazilian mining company, Vale S.A., Mr. Paiva participated in the financial structuring of the Carajás project.
Álvaro Piquet Independent Director
Holds a postgraduate degree in Law from Universidade Candido Mendes; as well as, an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a specialization in Corporate Finance from The Wharton Business School.

Over 20 years of experience in corporate legal consulting in Brazil, mainly in the Oil and Gas, Construction, Engineering, and Mining sectors.

Since 2003, Mr. Piquet has been a Civil Law professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC/RJ, as well as a partner at Latitude Gestão e Finanças and PPMKF Advogados.

Antonio Neto CEO / CFO / DRI
Economist with over 30 years of experience in different segments of the financial market, such as commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, and advisory and consulting boutiques.

Mr. Neto is the founder of Treze Capital, a financial advisory and investment consulting firm. Former CFO and Executive Vice President of Los Grobo Ceagro Brasil (formerly a Vinci Partners portfolio company, now Agrex by Mitsubishi). Former corporate banker at Votorantim, Brascan, and Prosper banks.

Participated in several Boards of Directors over the past 15 years, including: Asgaard Bourbon Navegação, Sinagro Produtos Agropecuários, Los Grobo Agropecuária, Los Grobo Ceagro, Synagro Comercial Agrícola, Agronegócios del Plata, and Península Norte Fertilizantes.
Yury Dimas Director of Controllership and Financial Planning
Accountant with specializations in Risks and Internal Controls from Trevisan Business School, Internal Auditing from the University of Coimbra, and Controllership from USP.

Worked for over 10 years in multinational audit and consulting firms, starting his career as an accounting auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and lastly serving as senior manager of Risks, Internal Controls, and Internal Audit at KPMG Rio de Janeiro. More recently served as Controllership and Internal Controls Manager at Supervia S.A., a subsidiary of Mitsui Inc., before joining the MLog group as Controller in 2021. Since 2023, Mr. Dimas has been holding the position of Director of Controllership, Financial Planning, and IT at MLog Group.
Camila Oliveira Legal and Compliance Director
Lawyer graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and Postgraduate in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Worked as an attorney in renowned law firms in the Corporate Law and M&A field. Currently holds the position of Legal and Compliance Director at MLog S.A.
