• Natural Resources - Iron Ore Mining

 

MLog fully owns MOPI - Morro do Pilar Mining, a company that is developing a relevant iron ore project in the state of Minas Gerais, southeast of Brazil. MOPI has 1.6 billion tonnes of iron ore resources, including 1.3 billion tonnes of Measured and Indicated resources, which will produce up to 25 Mtons per year of high-quality pellet feed, with 68.5% Fe content, at an estimated cost that makes MOPI an efficient player at the world’s cash cost curve for 62% Fe CFR China equivalent production.

• Shipping

MLog owns Asgaard Bourbon Navegação, an offshore shipping company 50/50 owned by MLog and Bourbon Group, currently operating 5 vessels among OSRV, AHTS and WSSV.

MLog also owns 100% of CNA - Amazon Shipping Company, one of the largest inland shipping company in the liquid cargo segment of the Amazon Region, transporting over 1 million cubic meters of oil, its byproducts and other liquid cargo yearly.

• Logistics

MLog´s subsidiary CDNC - Companhia de Desenvolvimento do Norte Capixaba, is a land company that owns 3,000 acres of land, with approximately 4 miles of ocean front, in the municipality of Linhares, State of Espírito Santo, in the southeast of Brazil. CDNC is accessible through paved road, is close to the energy grid and to Petrobras’ Cacimbas Gas Treatment Station.
